Raw Components
In castings' production LFP uses:
- cores made with the following methods:
- COLD BOX, using coremaking machines Laempe LL10 (4), LL20 (2)
- HOT BOX, using coremaking machines Gisag, Shalco, Hottinger
- moulding sand prepared in:
- sand preparation station KUNKEL WAGNER, with the capacity of 180 tons/hour, equipped with the automatic system controlling the sand parameters
- sand preparation station with the capacity of 6 tons/hour - for the short series production of special cast iron and bronze castings
- metal prepared in :
- 2 inductive furnaces ABB type IFM 4.2 with the capacity of 4,5 tons/hour
- 2 inductive furnaces OTTO JUNKER type MFTGe with the capacity of 12 tons/hour
Our melting shop is equipped with the new generation system for comprehensive management of a charging field.
- modern moulding lines:
- automatic boxless line DISA 230C (675x550x400 mm)
- automatic box line KUNKEL WAGNER (1000x800x300/300 mm),
- semi - automatic box line HSP1 (630x500x200/200 mm) - for the short series production of special cast iron and bronze castings
DISA and KUNKEL WAGNER moulding lines are connected to one technological cooling and transport system made by Kuttner.
